Currently available for 1-1 & 1-2 sessions

 

There are many possibilities within this format to suit your needs. For example we can arrange a one off session where we produce a yoga practice for you to do at home, or over a course of sessions help to work through any barriers , or simply set up a weekly session for you to advance your yoga or simply maintain mobility. 

Within your tailored yoga session we will discuss your intentions and requirements and fit the session around these. For example we can work with pranayama and meditation to reduce mental tension and aid sleep, work with posture and Yin poses to reduce chronic pain patterns or work out a sequence to help you counter balance a sedentary job. Complete beginners are welcome as are those with more experience, the intention is to utilise yoga to improve your life. All equipment is provided, please contact me directly and we can work out a time and session length to suit. Prices available upon application.
